Glitterbox, in collaboration with the UK’s premiere LGBTQ+ radio station Gaydio, have released the final episode of our video series titled ‘Get To Know with Gaydio’.
Starting Sunday 27th August, Gaydio’s breakfast show extraordinaire Dave Cooper will be interviewing some of our incredible Glitterbox dancers and performers, with each episode spotlighting the broad scope of their talents and unique personalities.
With all episodes now available on YouTube, this latest episode comes just in time for the Glitterbox closing party at HÏ Ibiza - join us as we close out our biggest ever Ibiza season in style!
In our latest episode, we get to know our Northern star Lucy Fizz, the bubbly, party-starting queen of the Glitterbox family. Dave and Lucy get to the heart of Glitterbox and its welcoming, inclusive nature, and the dichotomy of being an introvert and the life of the party at the same time. In episode 3 of Get To Know With Gaydio, released last week, we delve into the world of Glitterbox billboard star Mx Fit. Dave Cooper and The Gorgeous House of Gucci ballroom icon get real, discussing queer identity, what it takes mentally and physically to be a nightlife dancer, and the similarities/differences between Glitterbox and ballroom. No sweaty, intense GB party is complete without this ambitious, humble and ‘Blacknificent’ artist.
