Glitterbox has teamed up with W London and Gay Times to celebrate Pride in London on Saturday 7thJuly. Starting the party on a suitably decked-out glitter ball float, Glitterbox will be joining the parade of 500 LGBTQ+ groups as it passes through the centre of London between 12-5pm. Our most flamboyant drag performers MX.fit, Bourgeoisie, Tete Bang and Gisele will be taking the capital by storm like only Glitterbox can, to the world-class house and disco sounds of on-board DJ The Shapeshifters. Wearing bespoke designs by British fashion designer Jack Irving – who is responsible for some of Lady Gaga’s most unforgettable looks – the performers plus a troupe of 70 people will be marching with the float, making this a truly proud moment for the Glitterbox crew.

Once the parade has finished, the celebrations will continue over at the W London in Leicester Square for a Glitterbox extravaganza at the When Love Takes Over Pride Party. From 4pm at the Perception bar of the hotel, DJs Melvo Baptiste, Sophie Lloyd and Hifi Sean will take the Pride party later into the night. Tickets are free, just click attending on the Facebook event page for entry, or RSVP to theperception@wickerwood.com.
